Wrought Iron Wall Sconce with Milk Glass Flame Shade – c. 1920s–1930s (LT-1096)
Wrought Iron Wall Sconce with Milk Glass Flame Shade – c. 1920s–1930s (LT-1096)
An early 20th century wrought iron wall sconce featuring hand-forged detailing and a classic flame-style milk glass shade. The sculptural backplate has a hammered texture with softly shaped edges, giving the piece a subtle Old World character often associated with Spanish Revival and Tudor style interiors popular in the 1920s–1930s.
The forged iron arm supports a decorative cup form with a twisted iron ring accent below, adding both visual weight and period charm. The white milk glass flame shade provides a soft, warm glow and contrasts nicely with the dark aged metal finish.
The natural patina and surface wear reflect the fixture’s age and authentic vintage character, making it well suited for hallways, entryways, powder rooms, or accent lighting in traditional or historic homes.
Rewired and ready for installation.
