Spanish revival ceiling mount light with hand-painted glass shade – likely 1920s–1930s (LT-1102)
Spanish revival ceiling mount light with hand-painted glass shade – likely 1920s–1930s (LT-1102)
A vintage ceiling mount light featuring a warm amber glass shade with hand-painted decorative bands and floral motifs. The shade tapers gently toward the bottom and is paired with a dark metal canopy that complements the earthy tones of the glass. The surface of the shade shows natural mottling that gives the light a soft, warm glow when illuminated.
The painted detailing and color palette are characteristic of Spanish Revival and Mediterranean influenced lighting popular in the 1920s–1930s. The simple flush mount design makes it well suited for hallways, bedrooms, kitchens, or entryways where a compact fixture with vintage character is desired.
The metal canopy has a dark finish with minor age wear consistent with an original vintage fixture.
Rewired and ready for installation.
